Exercise Monday
Today is another report on my exercise routine. At almost 20 months after open heart surgery I am mixing running and walking! Today I did one of my favorite walking paths (Lancaster Junction). I mixed in my running with walking and did a little over 3 miles in 50 minutes. My goal is to have the running eventually overtake the walking. I start with a half mile walk and then mix in 30-60 second jogs. The plan is to to move the running up in time! Today I did not wear my heart monitor.
