While surfing the internet I found a great site for stories of other heart patients & support resources.  The name of the site is Heart2Hearts - A Support Group.

The fisrt this I did was read some of the stories people shared about their heart issues.  My plan is to send my story & see if the publish it!  There are also other resources, checkout the categories:
